A question, a tricky landing,
or something we can improve?
Let’s get you flying again.

A few quick answers.

Where should I start?

Open Journey and choose Begin Campaign to start the eight-mission story, or choose Endless Drop to chase a depth record. Settings → How to Play explains the controls. Each Arcade game’s help button explains its own rules.

What is Ion?

Ion is the game’s currency, shown as a blue crystal. Earn it during play and spend it on reactor upgrades and eligible ship finishes. You can equip up to three reactor systems for Campaign or Endless Drop.

Why didn’t the mission complete?

A mission requires both its primary objective and its archive extraction. Completing the objective alone is not enough. Follow the mission’s archive instructions and complete every required link.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Void Drop → Settings → Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. For a purchase issue, include the finish name and whether Restore Purchases completed when you contact support.

Game Center isn’t connecting.

Confirm Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings, then reopen Void Drop. Check your network connection and install the latest available version of the app and iOS. Core campaign and Endless play remain available without Game Center.

Where are the sound and haptic controls?

Music, sound effects, and haptics each have their own control under Void Drop → Settings. You can adjust them independently.

For previous beta players: delete season data

Arcade Season competition is paused, but you can delete data from earlier beta participation. Open Rankings, choose Arcade Season from the Board menu, tap Delete season data, and confirm Leave and Delete Season Data. Use the same Game Center account you played with; if disconnected, tap Retry Game Center first. If deletion is pending while offline, reconnect and retry from that screen. Your local progress and Apple Game Center records stay intact.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are welcome when they do not contain sensitive information. Never send a password, full payment-card number, or Game Center credentials.
